About Conferences

The global economy, beleaguered by recession, finds itself today, on a tumultuous, slow and painful road to
recovery. For developed and developing nations alike, times are turbulent, with socio-political and economic
upheavalswhich have caused the downfallof many governmentsand have left central banks strugglingto direct economic growth in the right direction. The developing economics have been affected by high inflation rates, bad liquidity conditions, slower exports and high levels of poverty. Within these nations severe disparities exist between developed and backward regions in terms of income, literacy rates, life expectancy and living conditions. Mismanagement and corruption have lead to socio-political turmoil. Also, resurgent protectionist policies of the developed countries have impeded their growth. This conference encourages papers which can throw light on strategics and business models for sustainable growth in these turbulent times.
