International Womens Day at Srinivas College of Pharmacy, Valachil

Indian Pharmaceutical Association, D.K District, Local Branch, Mangalore in association with Srinivas College of Pharmacy has organised �International Women�s Day� with theme �Invest in women- Accelerate Progress� on 8th March 2024. The programme was inaugurated by Dr. Ambika G Mallya, Research Professor, Srinivas University, Mangaluru, in her words �Shiv Shakthi was the mere example of love and Feminine, Shakthi which also represents women who embody a broad set of roles. We all should not follow radical feminism. We all follow feminism which is derived from Indian culture. She praised Indian women achievers�.Dr. A.R.Shabaraya, Principal Srinivas College of Pharmacy and President, Indian Pharmaceutical Association, D.K District, Mangalore in his presidential remarks wished the gathering and women�s contribution is inexpressible in few words and so are their deeds. Each one of them has the perfect special role that they play in many lives.Student coordinator Ms. Josna Priya gave the presentation about Women�s day. Dr. E.V.S Subrahmanyam, Professor and HOD, SCP & Vice President, Indian Pharmaceutical Association, D.K District, Mangalore Dr. Padmavathi P Prabhu, Professor, Mrs. Bhavyashree T, Mrs. Fmith Celvia Miranda, Asso. Professors, Srinivas College of Pharmacy Mangalore were present during the programme.Dr. Padmavathi P Prabhu, Professor, coordinator of the programme. welcomed and introduced the gathering.
