MILESTONES

  • 21.10.2004: College building was inaugurated by Mr. B.R.Shetty CEO and Managing Director, NMC group, Abudhabi. Mr. Nagaraj Shetty, MLA, Bantwal Constituency and Mr. Ramanath Rai, Ex- MLA, Bantwal Constituency were present as guests.
  • 14.08.2006: Sri. A Raghavendra Rao, President, A Shama Rao Foundation inaugurated the college auditorium which is an iconic structure of the college building.
  • 14.02.2010: Srinivas college of Pharmacy introduced PG Programme (M.Pharm, Pharmacology) and was inaugurated by Dr. M.D. Karvekar, Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
  • 2011: Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore has accorded permission to Srinivas College of Pharmacy to start PG courses in Pharmaceutics and Quality Assurance.
  • 2012: Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore recognised Srinivas College of Pharmacy as a centre for research programme leading to Ph.D in Pharmaceutics, it has also accorded permission to start M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis
  • 2013-14:  Six year integrated doctoral in Pharmacy programme (Pharm D) started.
  • 2014-15:  To benefit the Pharmacy professionals in community Pharmacy sector, college has started D.Pharm (Two year diploma course in Pharmacy).
  • 2016: Srinivas College of Pharmacy is known for quality education, professional ethics and moral values. Considering the educational values, being imbibed among the student community, Karnataka chapter of APTI has bestowed “PRINCIPAL OF THE YEAR -2016” award on Principal Dr. A.R.Shabaraya.
  • 2017: Srinivas College of Pharmacy has been placed in band 51-75 ranking by the NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework).
  • 28.7.2018: College has received a big boost, for research programme in formulation development. Vision group of Science and Technology (Govt of Karnataka) K-FIST level-II, has sanctioned 40 lakhs, to the research proposal submitted by the Principal of the college Dr. A.R. Shabaraya.
  • 2019:: Pharm D Post baccalaureate (PB) started.
